AKER, Justice.
This is a direct appeal of appellant’s convictions in Pike Circuit Court on two counts of third-degree burglary, one count of first-degree burglary, and three counts of second-degree arson, for which the appellant received sentences totaling fifty years, twenty of which were ordered to run consecutively for a total sentence of thirty years. The Commonwealth also filed a cross-appeal claiming certain evidence was erroneously suppressed.
