In a proceeding pursuant to Mental Hygiene Law article 81 for the appointment of a guardian for the personal needs and property management of Ernestine R., Anthony LaM. appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Rosato, J.), entered January 14, 2008, as amended February 6, 2008, which granted the petitioner’s motion, in effect, for an award of án attorney’s fee pursuant to 22 NYCRR 130-1.1 to the extent of directing him to pay the petitioner’s attorneys the total sum of $21,720, and directed him to pay the fees of the court evaluator in the sum of $4,162.50.
