In the trial court plaintiffs, Virgil R. Ball and others claiming through him, filed this action to quiet title to the minerals in and under 96.59 acres of land in Love County, Oklahoma. Plaintiffs based their claim on a recorded certificate tax deed issued to Virgil R. Ball on March 20, 1934, and adverse possession for more than five years thereafter, under the provisions of 12 O.S.1961, Sec. 93(3) and (6).
