The appellee obtained judgment for $10,000 in the circuit court of Winnebago county against appellant; from which judgment this appeal is. prosecuted.
The only ground urged for reversal of this cause is that the judgment is not sustained by the evidence. Appellant operated a single-track street car line running east and west along the south side of 15th avenue, in the City of Rockford. The Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad tracks crossed 15th avenue and the street car track at right angles, and a short distance east of the crossing was a switch track which also crossed at right angles…
