Baker, Ralph Flynn and Emil Santiago, plaintiffs appellees, against the Railway Express Agency, Incorporated, and Charles M. Thomson, trustee of the estate of Chicago and Eastern Illinois Railway Company, defendants appellants, for the recovery of damages for personal injuries, each plaintiff alleged he had received through the negligence of defendants.
