Plaintiff brings this defamation action in response to two articles published in Business Week magazine in August 1986 and July 1989. Presently before the court is defendants’ motion to (1) dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, (2) dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction, or (3) transfer this action to the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
