Plaintiffs Morgan Drexen, Inc. (“Morgan Drexen”) and Kimberly Pisinski (“Pisinski”) bring this action against Defendant Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (“CFPB” or “Bureau”) alleging that Title X of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (12 U.S.C. §§ 5841 et seq.) is unconstitutional as a violation of separation of powers principles.
