O’SCANNLAIN, Circuit Judge:

Appellants were indicted and tried together on drug charges. Following a jury-trial, all were convicted of conspiracy to manufacture and to possess methamphetamine with intent to distribute. Crous-horn, Piantadosi, and Dewbre were also convicted of manufacturing and possessing methamphetamine with intent to distribute, and of possessing ephedrine with intent to manufacture methamphetamine.
