Personal Audio LLC moves to lift the stay in this case (Dkt. # 27 (Motion); Dkt. # 29 (Reply)), and Defendant Google, Inc. has responded in opposition (Dkt. #27 (Opp.); Dkt. # 30 (Sur-reply)). On November 3, 2015, this court stayed the case pending inter partes review (“IPR”) of the patents-in-suit by the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (“PTAB”) of the Patent and Trademark Office (“PTO”).
