|; Appellant, Casey L. Ruiz, is an inmate incarcerated in the Arkansas Department of Correction (ADC). Ruiz fíled a petition in the Pulaski County Circuit Court that sought judicial review of a decision of the Arkansas Parole Board (Board) pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act, Arkansas Code Annotated sections 25-15-212-219 (Repl. 2014).
