ERROR to the District Court of Lancaster county. William Reed and Thomas Reed, for the use of William Reed, against James A. Patterson, executor of Alexander Patterson deceased. This was an action on the case in assumpsit, in which the plaintiff declared that one Abraham Hatfield was indebted to the plaintiffs in the sum of $2000, and that in consideration of forbearance the defendant’s testator promised to pay the debt.
