Now pending before the court is a motion for summary judgment filed by defendants Gill/Kardash Partnership LLC, d/b/a/ Arundel Golf Park (hereinafter “AGP”) and James Kardash. The plaintiff, Marian Geist, alleges gender discrimination, retaliation, and hostile work environment under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq., against defendant AGP.
