The plaintiff, an attorney, brought this action in assumpsit to recover $1,230, with interest, for professional services rendered under a written contract with the Beaver County Federal Savings and Loan Association, formerly Beaver County Building & Loan Association, hereinafter referred to as the “Association.” Following a verdict for appellant a motion for judgment n. o. v. for defendant was sustained. This appeal followed.
