It appears from this record, that in April, 1851, Frederick Vogt and Christiana, his wife, filed their bill in equity against John V., John C. and Martha Hess, minors, setting forth that petitioners were of lawful age, and that Christiana had a legal title to and was seized in fee of one undivided fourth part of lot 145, with its improvements, in Butterfield’s addition to Chicago. That Christiana Vogt, John V., John C. and Martha Hess were seized in fee as coparceners, of the lot, and prayed a partition of the same.
