NIXON, District Judge.
This is a motion to remand a cause which has been removed into this court from the supreme court of the state of New Jersey.
The original action was an ordinary suit at- law, brought by a corporation organized under the national banking act, and located in this state, against five defendants, as partners, and makers of divers promissory notes and endorsers of others.
