This is a medical malpractice action brought by plaintiffs in their own right and as administrators of the estate of their unborn son against the defendants for personal injuries sustained at defendant Pocono Medical Center in East Stroudsburg, Monroe County, Pennsylvania. Defendant Monroe Emergency Physicians, P.C. provides emergency medical and health care services at PMC. Defendant Stephen L.
