This is an original proceeding wherein relator seeks a writ of mandamus to compel a levy, by respondent, supervisors of the Lemay Ferry Sewer District of St. Louis County, Missouri, of a sufficient tax to pay the outstanding obligations of the district. The petition charges that the Lemay Ferry Sewer District was organized under and by virtue of Chapter 65, Revised Statutes 1929.
