{1 On February 12, 2015, complainant, Oklahoma Bar Association, filed a complaint pursuant to Rule 6 of the Rules Governing Disciplinary Proceedings (RGDP), 5 0.8. 2011, Ch. 1, App. 1-A, 1 against respondent Stephen S8. Parker. The complaint contains three (3) counts of professional misconduct alleging respondent's failure to represent his clients and failure to communicate with them.
