I. INTRODUCTION
The duly-appointed trastee in the above-captioned Chapter 7 case, Lawrence J. Warfield (“Plaintiff”), commenced this proceeding pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 544(a)2 to avoid any lien rights held by Santander Consumer USA, Inc. (“Defendant”) in the Debtors’ 2011 Subaru motor vehicle (“Vehicle”).
