P. 56 motion for summary judgment brought by Plaintiff CIC-Newport Associates, LP (Plaintiff or CIC-Newport) against Defendants Jung Kang Lee (Lee), Kyu Man Jeong (Jeong), and Sea Shai Hibachi Garden, Inc.
