This copyright infringement ease is “one of hundreds if not thousands of lawsuits involving the use of BitTorrent technology which have been filed throughout the nation.” Malibu Media, LLC v. Doe, 923 F.Supp.2d 1339, 1341, 2013 WL 525352, at *1 (M.D.Fla. 2013). Voltage Pictures, LLC seeks injunctive relief plus damages against the defendants, unidentified infringers of Voltage’s film, Maximum Conviction. Doc. 1 at 16.
