The complaint discloses that the pleader sought to charge that the defendant, as a member of the committee to negotiate for the sale of the county’s bonds, which had been issued by the county to enable it t'o secure the necessary financial means to construct a county court house, committed a wrong which caused the county pecuniary injury. The allegations of the complaint, though indefinite and general in essentials, permit of the conclusion that the pleader purposed to state causes of action for the wilful misconduct of the defendant pertaining to transactions of the bonding committee, and…
