—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Mastro, J.), dated October 23, 1997, which granted the motion of the defendants Ciro Lucci, Kristen Lucci, Linda Lucci, and Book Auto Leasing, Inc., for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with one bill of costs payable to the respondents appearing separately and filing separate briefs.
