Case involving question of liability of bank for money allegedly paid it by mistake and liability of bank in regard to deposit after receiving notice that deposit is claimed by a third party. In this case the plaintiff was and is a resident of Lake Crystal, Minnesota. The defendant, Roy Sanders, was and is a resident of Sibley, Osceola County, Iowa.
