*588BLOOD WORTH, Justice.
Defendant, Alabama Power Company, appeals from a judgment on a jury verdict for $30,000 in an action for wrongfully disconnecting and discontinuing electric current to the residence of plaintiff, Hussey, appellee herein.
Plaintiff Hussey filed his complaint in two counts, count one alleging defendant wrongfully discontinued electric service to the plaintiff’s residence, and the second count averring defendant wilfully or wantonly discontinued the electric service.
