Appellant filed this suit alleging that appel-lees were threatening to dam up Dodd creek and to so terrace their land as to cause the water to flow from their land to his. He asked for an injunction restraining appel-lees from doing either of said acts.
The trial court in chambers, without a hearing, granted a temporary injunction, and the cause came on regularly for trial on the merits.
