This is an appeal from a decision of the Tenth Judicial District Court, Fergus Comity, transferring the case of T.N. to Adult Criminal Court to be tried for the offense of Deliberate Homicide. We affirm.

We consider the following issue on appeal:

Did the District Court abuse its discretion in transferring T.N. from Youth Court to the Adult Court of the Tenth Judicial District?
