The sole question for review in this appeal is whether the evidence is sufficient to support the decree of the trial court awarding a divorce on the ground of wilful desertion.
Juliette Walker Goodwyn filed a bill of complaint for divorce on the ground of cruelty in June of 1975. In a cross-bill, Frederick R. Goodwyn, her husband, alleged that she had deserted him on or about May 10, 1975.
