The ancient, almost obsolete, special plea of condonation raises at this stage of these proceedings the issue of what constitutes cohabitation. On January 15, 1988, the plaintiff filed her bill of complaint seeking a divorce on the grounds of adultery or, in the alternative, constructive desertion based on cruelty.
