A. H. Nossaman, who was charged with having performed an abortion upon one Hazel Roblin, which resulted in her death, was convicted of manslaughter in the first degree, and from the judgment he appeals.

As a i'esult of relations with one Lyle Jacobs, Hazel Roblin became pregnant. The parents consulted the defendant, not surmising pregnancy, and she was given medicine for the purpose of inducing menstruation.
