Plaintiff-appellant, the state of Ohio, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas granting a motion to suppress evidence seized pursuant to a search warrant.

On June 10, 1999, a Franklin County Municipal Court judge issued a search warrant for the residence of defendant-appellee, Martin McNamee, at 2517 Hyacinth Lane, Columbus, Ohio. The warrant was based upon an affidavit submitted by Detective Jan Roberts of the Columbus Police Division.
