Before the Court is the motion to dismiss pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) (“Rule 12(h)(6)”) filed by defendants Deloitte LLP, Deloitte Tax LLP, Deloitte & Touche LLP, Deloitte Services LP, Francisco A.
