COLLINS, District Judge.

In the seven months or so since it was initially filed, this case involving the alleged production and licensure of videotapes featuring Chinese martial and healing arts, including T’ai Chi and Chi Kung, has had a rocky procedural history. The parties stipulated once already to a remand, on the basis of Defendants’ admittedly untimely removal to federal court. Following Plaintiffs’ amendment of its complaint in state court, Defendants removed again. In response, Plaintiffs filed the instant Motion to Remand and Request for Sanctions.…
