This disciplinary matter is before the Court on a petition for voluntary discipline filed by Daniel Kirkland McCall (State Bar No. 481099), prior to the issuance of a formal complaint under Bar Rule 4-227 (b) (2). McCall, who has been a member of the Bar since 1981, has been under an interim suspension since May 13, 2019, for failing to adequately respond to the Bar’s Notices of Investigation.
