This disciplinary matter is before the Court on the report and recommendation of Special Master Adam Marshall Hames, who recommends that the Court accept the petition for voluntary surrender of license filed by Stephen Dana Morrison, Jr. (State Bar No. 525180), after the filing of a formal complaint.
