The petitioner represents that on the 3d of May, 1822, André Le Blanc was the owner and proprietor of a tract of *73land in the parish of Assumption, on the bayou Lafourche, containing five arpens front, by forty in depth, bounded above by the land of Paul Landry, and below by that of Jean Louis Landry.
