We are concerned here with a third-party complaint for indemnity in an action in admiralty. This matter arises out of the following proceedings in the federal district court.

American Export Isbrandtsen Lines, Inc., on July 7, 1966, was the owner and operator of the Steamship Flying Spray. Henry J. Bagrowski was employed as a longshoreman aboard the Flying Spray at the Port of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the stevedore-employee of the City of Milwaúkee.
