This is an appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court of Baltimore City, dismissing the bill of complaint filed by the .appellant against Sarah G. Macgill, Carroll S. Macgill, her husband, and James McEvoy, trustee. The bill alleges ithat on the 16th day of September, 1895, Sarah G.
