Plaintiff filed this bill to enforce specific performance of a claimed contract for sale to him by defendants of a certain piece of real estate known as 68-70-74-76 Montcalm street, west, in the city of Detroit upon which were four frame houses. At the time the alleged contract was signed by de*12fendants they did not know plaintiff, the business being transacted with or through a real estate agent named Honeywell.
