Plaintiffs are Beverly Health and Rehabilitation Services, Inc., which owns and operates 300 nursing homes nationwide, and its subsidiary Beverly Enterprises— Florida, Inc., the licensee in the State of Florida for Beverly Health and Rehabilitation — Spring Hill (“Spring Hill”).
