The appellee in her own right and as guardian for Midget White, a minor, filed a bill in the Circuit Court for Suwannee county in which it is alleged that she is a citizen, resident and taxpayer in the city of Live Oak, Suwannee county, Florida; that she is the widow of John F. White, deceased; that she is the duly qualified guardian for Midget White, her daughter, a minor under the age of 21 years; that besides the property interest owned and acquired by her by and through the late John F.
