JOHN, Judge.

Defendants appeal an Opinion and Award of the North Carolina Industrial Commission (the Commission) reducing by twenty-five percent defendants’ credit for payments made under a disability *402insurance policy fully funded by defendant Triangle Brick (Triangle). We affirm the Commission.
