MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

This matter is before the Court for resolution of an objection to the secured status of a creditor’s claim. The creditor is the Farmers State Bank (“the Bank”), the debtors filed the objection, and the Unsecured Creditors Committee (“the Committee”) is supporting the objection.
