The Appellants, Paula Parker, Pauline Reese Collins, and Ahmad Parker, appeal the judgment of the district court denying their Motion for Preliminary Injunction, dissolving their Temporary Restraining Order, denying their Motion for Contempt, and imposing sanctions upon Ms. Parker in the amount of $5000. Additionally, Ms. Parker filed a writ application seeking a stay of the judgment rendered by the district court ordering her to pay the estimated costs of the instant appeal.
