This case is the latest in a series of lawsuits — the fifth in this Court during the past four years — between two “Benihana” entities. Relevant heré, Benihana, Inc. (“BI”) has the right to operate the iconic Benihana restaurants within the United States, save in Hawaii, where Benihana of Tokyo, LLC (“BOT”) has a contractual license from BI to do so.
