HODGES, Justice.

This case involves a motion to modify a divorce decree. The father, Gerald W. Har-alson, is seeking custody of his two children. The trial court refused to modify the decree of divorce which had awarded custody of the children to the mother, Lisa Le Ann Haralson.

The parties were divorced on January 29, 1974. By the terms of the decree, custody of the minor children was vested in the mother, subject to the father’s right to reasonable visitation.
