Presently before this court is a Motion (“the Motion”) of ROBERT S. TAYLOR, the former Chapter 11 Trustee in the above-captioned related bankruptcy cases prior to their conversion to Chapter 7 cases (“the Trustee”), seeking to compel the Bank of America, N.T. & S.A. (“BOA”) to pay whatever statutory commissions he may be granted and to pay $160,730.39 previously awarded, and whatever additional sums are awarded, to his counsel, the law firm of Silberman, Markovitz, & Rasla-vich (“SMR”). The Motion is based in law upon 11 U.S.C. § 506(c)…
