Michael D. Bauer, doing business as Bauer Development Co. (“Bauer”), appeals from the Circuit Court of Cass County’s (“trial court”) denial of his Motion for Judgment Notwithstanding the Verdict (“Motion for JNOV”) 1 following the trial court’s entry of judgment upon a jury verdict in favor of Ronald M. Bowes, Susan L. Bowes, and Millicent M. Bowes, the defendant guarantors (collectively, “the Guarantors”).
