TORRUELLA, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from a decision of the district court to grant a motion to quash a federal grand jury subpoena. The grand jury is investigating an individual (Owner) who is the sole shareholder, official, and employee of a corporation. The subpoena would compel the corporation’s “Keeper of the Records” to appear before the grand jury with all records of the corporation.
