The District Court of the city of Camden rendered judgment against the prosecutor in an action brought. *353against it by the defendant, and we are now asked to set that judgment aside on the ground that the court was without jurisdiction to render it.

It appears by the return made by the District Court to the writ of certiorari, that three days after the judgment was rendered the prosecutor filed with the court a notice of appeal to the Court of Common Pleas, and five days later filed an appeal bond as required by the statute.
